We had a great time staying here. The back yard is fenced and great for my dog the hot tub was a plus, clean and relaxing. super cute place the only thing I would mention is if you are tall- (I’m not I’m 5 feet had no problem) my partner is 6’4 and he had to duck to use the bathroom and shower the houses ceiling height reduces as you go towards the bathroom bedroom area. Still was not an issue for us we had a blast

Our stay was great! I was apprehensive at first with all the reviews about the road noise but didn’t find that to be as issue at all and I’m a super light sleeper! We will def be back! Kids loved the hot tub!

The home is spacious and functional. I appreciated the appliances and kitchen supplies. Comfortable furniture and very accommodating and communicative host. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed during or stay!

Loved our stay at Travis’ place. Everything was clean and as described. The road noise really wasn’t bad at all, it didn’t affect our sleep. The backyard was nice so we could just let our dog out. The hot tub was clean and a very nice way to unwind a the end of the day. Walkable to the beach, only took us like 12 min to walk to a public beach spot. Close to lots of restaurants, too!

This a fantastic spot in Seaview. It was exactly what we were expecting when we booked the reservation.
Loved having the hot tub out back to relax in. Being Within walking distance of several restaurants was very convenient.
Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

The house was clean, including the covered hot tub which was so nice for the rainy evenings. Location couldn't be better close to all of the must-see spots in Long Beach. TV was a good size and the mini split kept the place warm. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Random bonus perk, the lighting in the place is really good for photos. Very flattering!

We loved this house! The amenities were fantastic which helped because the weather was so poor while we were there. Would highly recommend this lister and this house and will definitely be returning again in the future for our next girls trip!

This is my favorite house that we’ve stayed at in Greater Phoenix/Mesa! We came down for a wedding & Thanksgiving with my mother, her boyfriend, my husband & three children. There was plenty of space for joint ventures and space to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The house is a one story which I loved having with 3 young kids and an elderly mother with mobility challenges. The Fry’s Marketplace was about 5-6 mins away and there were a ton of great restaurants nearby (I recommend Uncle Bear’s, Drizzle Donuts, Kneaders, and Black Rock Coffee). The house was well stocked and had all kitchen supplies. They had a playpen I could use for my 1.5 year old, two white noise machines, and 2 box fans which we loved for sleep. There is 2 living room spaces with TVs which was nice for a children’s space and an adults space. The putting green in the back was fun for our little ones. The master shower is a walk-in and really lovely, I like long hot showers & the hot water never ran out.
